Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2026

Welcome to beautysgotsoul.com. We believe in being fully transparent with our readers about how this website operates and how we generate revenue. Please read this Affiliate Disclosure carefully before using our site or acting on any of our recommendations.

1. We Earn Affiliate Commissions

beautysgotsoul.com is a review and comparison website covering the best betting sites available to Australian players. Some of the links on this website are affiliate links. This means that if you click on one of these links and subsequently register an account, make a deposit, or place a bet with the casino or betting operator, we may receive a commission from that operator at no additional cost to you.

These commissions are how we fund the operation of this website, including research, testing, content creation, and site maintenance. Without this model, we would be unable to provide our reviews and guides free of charge.

2. Commissions Do Not Influence Our Rankings or Reviews

Our editorial independence is not for sale. The compensation we receive from operators does not influence:

• The rankings or order in which betting sites appear on our lists;
• The ratings, scores, or verdicts we assign to any operator;
• The content, opinions, or conclusions expressed in our reviews.

Our reviews are based on our own assessment criteria, which may include licensing and security, game selection, odds and market depth, bonuses and their terms, payment methods and withdrawal speeds, customer support, and overall user experience. Where an operator performs poorly against these criteria, we say so — regardless of any commercial relationship.

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We aim to make commercial relationships easy to spot. On beautysgotsoul.com, you can identify affiliate or sponsored content in the following ways:

• Links that direct you to an operator's website — including buttons labelled "Visit Site", "Claim Bonus", "Play Now", or similar calls to action — should be assumed to be affiliate links;
• Sponsored placements or paid partnerships, where present, will be clearly labelled as "Sponsored", "Advertisement", or "Paid Partnership";
• This disclosure page is accessible from every page of the website via our footer.

Wherever practical, we apply a marker or label directly next to commercial content so you always know when a link may earn us a commission.

4. Australian Compliance Statement

beautysgotsoul.com operates with regard to Australian law and advertising standards, including:

• The Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and requires that commercial relationships be clearly disclosed;
• The AANA Code of Ethics, which requires that advertising and marketing communications be clearly distinguishable as such;
• The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and related guidance from the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) concerning the promotion of gambling services.

We only promote operators that we reasonably believe hold the appropriate licences to offer their services. However, the legal status of any given operator may change, and we encourage you to verify that an operator is licensed and permitted to accept players from your location before registering.

5. Your Responsibility as a Reader

By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction and for ensuring you meet the minimum legal gambling age (18+ in Australia);
• All bonuses, odds, offers, and promotions are subject to change by the operator, and you should always read the full terms and conditions on the operator's website before signing up or depositing;
• Any decision to gamble is made at your own risk. We are not a gambling operator and do not accept any liability for losses incurred at third-party sites;
• Gambling can be harmful. If you or someone you know needs support, contact Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858 (free, 24/7, Australia-wide) or visit a local support service. Bet responsibly.
